Principle of Operation:
When the Symons cone crusher works, the electric motor passes through the V-belt, large belt wheel, transmission shaft, small bevel gear and large bevel gear, and then takes the eccentric bushing to rotate. The crushing cone axis line rotates under the function of the eccentric bushing; the surface of the crushing wall closes to and takes away from the surface of the rolling mortar wall by turns. At the end the material is crushed to be the required size to discharge from the output after continuous lashing, extruding and bending in the ring crushing cavity which is made up with fixed cone and moving cone.
