CNC Super XL Series machine is high-speed and rigid gantry type design. CNC cutting machine designed for high production of Oxy fuel and plasma cutting. Super XL machine is a fast driven system with heavy duty track for steady and precision cutting. It can be programmed to cut any shape similar to a large CNC gantry cutting machine.

Unique design of track ensures operational accuracy and high production efficiency. Longitudinal and transverse energy feed drag-chains, hose/ cable clean and move smooth.

Plasma torch arc-voltage (AVC) height sensing system, with stepper motor and ball screw for torch height control, with collision protection device, with rapid initial height sensing and automatic centering. Machine can start, stop and adjust the torch height automatically with high cutting precision.

The smart-design offers light weight and easy mobility to use in working environment. Suitable for all type/ segment of end-user to improve the production and reduce production cost. 5.7, 7.0 & 10.5 inch LCD display allows to enter the program directly on the system or transfer files through USB drive.
