Cleaning Cradle System

Cleaning Cradles can be manufactured in 1.8 and 2.5 meters length.

The electrically driven equipment is entirely composed of SS, there will be 2 Nos. of electrical hoist installed inside the cradle, one at each end and incorporates a guiding system that ensures the correct reeling of the wire rope, the operators use a centralized control system witheasy operated soft push button, the Cradle is complete with suitable wall rollers to prevent damage to the building and glassface, the safe working load is 240 Kg.

The cradle will be equipped with 02 nos. of safety lock on which the safety ropes pass, In the event of a breakdown or power failure, the hoist can be manually operated. Also it includes emergency stop, electromagnetic brake in the hoist with secondary mechanical brake, Upper limit safety device, Lower limit safety device, plus all necessary safety limit switches.
