Description

SAVE- IT 207 is a carboxylated styrene butadiene co-polymer latex admixture that is designed as an integral adhesive for slurry bond coats, mortar and concrete to improve bond strength. Suitable for old to new concrete bonding.

Primary Uses

A a A A. Topping, patches and levelling course.

A a A A. Thin sets, terrazzo and bonding slurries

A a A A. General reconstruction works and latex modified overlays

A a A A. Improves bond strength to harden concrete.

A a A A. Increases mortar tensile strength.

A a A A. Excellent bonding between old to new concrete.

Application

For bonding of old to new concrete, old surface should be cleaned thoroughly, free of all loose particles. A thick coat of SAVE- IT 207 is recommended or it can be used as a slurry coat for better results. Place the topping on slurry coat before the slurry coat dries out.

Coverage

The coverage depends on the type of the surface.

Packing

25 and 200 Kg Drums.

Storage

Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
