Features:
Dimensionally accurateLight weightCorrosion resistanceHigh strengthSpecial Attraction: Our CI castings are manufactured using nonferrous alloys, which is constituted of copper, zinc, lead and aluminum Offered CI castings have high melting point, hence these are not affected by high temperature These CI castings automobile parts can withstand heavy pressure, as these have high pressure tolerance Compact design and sturdy structure of these CI castings, makes it a perfect choice, hence used by automobile sector Experienced professionals design our CI castings using advance techniques and hi-tech machines Further, these CI castings have longer service life and are easy to install, which makes it a sought after product Quality examiners ensure highest quality standards are maintained and check these CI castings on parameters of durability and quality, before dispatching to the clients' end We dispatch our CI castings in approved grade materials to protect these from damage during transportation Furthermore, our CI castings are recognized for negligible maintenance and are 100% defect free Moreover, international quality parameters are followed during fabrication of these CI castings Different types of processes by which casting is done: Permanent mold casting : This is a metal casting process that makes use of molds that are made of metal. In this process mold is filled with help of gas pressure or gravity. Mold is heated to around 150-200oC, after that mold cavity is painted by a refractory material. Once, this is accomplished semi solid metal is transferred into the mold. After that molten metal is allowed to cool down and casting is completed.Lost-foam casting: In this process, foam is used for the pattern. Pre-expanded beads of polystyrene foam are added to aluminum mold, which has been preheated. After this , steam is passed through the mold, which causes it to expand and fill the die. Next, foam cluster is coated with a refractory coating, which separates the smooth foam surface and coarse surface. Permeability is controlled, which allows vaporized foam to escape through the mold. Once, the coating dries, cluster is added in to the mold with un-bonded sand. This is the last step and casting of the metal is done. Die casting :Die casting is a fabrication technique in which melted metal is injected at a high pressure, into a hardened steel, hence called die casting mold. Simple or complex designed parts with smooth finish and has high accuracy. Various metals such as copper, aluminum, tin and lead are used in making die castings. Die casting process is further divided into:(A)High pressure Die Casting: This process is most commonly used, semi solid aluminum is put at a very high pressure into metal mold by using hydraulic machines. (B) Low Pressure Die casting: This technique is used for manufacturing big metal parts and symmetrical products(c) Hot Chamber: This process makes use of semi solid metal to feed the die. At the starting, piston of the machine is pulled back, which allows semi solid metal to be filled in the hot chamber. This piston forces the metal out of the hot chamber in to the die. One of the advantage of this process is the quick cycle time. (d) Cold Chamber: This is followed, when casting alloys cannot be used in hot chamber which includes aluminum, copper and magnesium alloys. Metal is transformed into semi molten form and transferred into cold chamber machine, where its put into cold chamber. Further, this is transferred into the die by a piston.
