The machine is designed for automatically picking, collating and bonding the sheets (2 printed sheets+1 middle core sheet or only 2 printed sheets), which can greatly improve the plastic card production productivity.

It is controlled by the PLC program with large LCD display. The servo system can realize automatic transmission of card sheets.
Parameter setting is easy and convenient. The operation speed is fast with high precision.
Thickness detection function is available to avoid the same sheets combined in one assembly.
It can work on the assembly of 2 printed sheets+1 middle core sheet or only 2 printed sheets. The thickness of the applicable card sheet is more than 0.12mm.
Sheet picking is stable and reliable without scratches on card sheet surface.
There are no scratches on card sheet surface in the whole conveying process of the machine.
