We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting excellent quality Automatic Curd Filling Machine in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Used for filling curd / yogurt / lassi in plastic cups, this machine has a production capacity of 8 cups per minute for 500 gms and 3 cups per minute for1kg limits. The machine caters the capacity of only suck two categories with cups specified to to dimensions asper FDa and AGRO India.

The cups are placed on an indexing turntable fixture with MT3 tapered slots to rest the empty cups. To begin process operator initiates the machine and filling process begins with the injector pulversing the churned curd into jet injecting nozzles that is timer based and initiated by a PLC system. After filling based on timer the turntable indexing to next station providing signal to the next process to sequence.

Intermediately after every filling the cups are induction sealed.
