The AllPrep Bacterial DNA/RNA/Protein Kit (50) by Qiagen enables the simultaneous extraction of genomic DNA, total RNA, and proteins from bacterial cultures. Utilizing bead-beating and spin-column technology, the kit efficiently lyses both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, ensuring high yields of nucleic acids and proteins. The procedure involves lysing bacterial cells with 0.1 mm glass beads, followed by sequential binding of DNA, RNA, and proteins to specialized spin columns.
