4w Standard Platform Trucks

Feature of 4W Standard Platform Trucks :
* Capacity: 1.5 tons, 2 tons, 3.5 tons
* Electronic control for smooth transmission and acceleration
* Twin jack hydraulic system with guided lift
* Pulling type tie bar to prevent buckling of tie bar
* Belly button for operator safety
* Battery status indicator

Chassis : Fabricated from rolled channels and plates.

Drive Unit And Transmission:
Traction motor is mounted above the drive wheel, drive to the wheel is transmitted through two stages chain reduction & final reduction by gear & pinion. The entire unit swivels on heavy duty self aligning bearings.

Electrical System:
Control panel located below steering handle, consists of four heavy duty solenoid operated contractors with arc shields & magnetic blow outs for forward/reverse motion & cutting out two stage resistance bank. The complete electric circuit is protected by adequate rated fuses

Controls:
Controls for forward reverse motion, horn, light, emergency cut-off & key switch are mounted on dash board. Accelerator & mechanical brake is foot operated.

Brake:
The brake comprises of two internal expanding shoe mounted on rear axle, with parking brake facility.

Optional Extras:
Chequered platform, manual or motorised elevation, low voltage battery discharge alarm, front suspension, 1800mm long platform and scissor type platform for all models. Hydraulic brakes and rear suspension for high platform models only.
