Properties:Light yellow powder or granudes, micro foul, bitter.non-toxic.The density is 1.42-1.52, the melting point is above 170A C, Soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, NaOH and Na2CO3, not easily soluble in benzene. insoluble in water and gasoline. Storage stability.
Applications:It is mainly used in rubber and lates systems. Currently it is a major acidic agent at medium cure rate, and with other alkaline curing such as TMTD,TETD or DPG can be achieved higher activity. Its curing temperature is low, easily dispersed in rubber, noe-polluting. It gives vulcanized rubber excellent anti-aging properties. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tires, rape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used for food-related materials.
