Its two 18" plates each boast a temperature range of 290-650 degrees Fahrenheit, and they're independently controlled by thermostats for maximum control over your cooking station.

For your low-volume baking and warming needs, this range has a standard oven base. The oven has a heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat and may be used alone or in conjunction with the range top. A single chrome-plated oven rack is included to support your sheet pans or hotel pans. The oven's door handle is heat-resistant and cool-to-the-touch to reduce the chances of injuries.

This range is made with a stainless steel front and sides for exceptional durability and corrosion-resistance in a harsh kitchen environment. Plus, it has a stainless steel front rail, a 3" high stainless steel vent riser, and 6" chrome legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors. 208V, 1 phase, 18.5 kW.
