Sugar Syrup Preparation System - Stainless Steel Tank With Multi-heating Options | Automated Water Filling, Temperature Control, Buzzer Alerts, Easy Sugar Handling

Sugar Syrup Preparation System consists of a s.s. Preparation tank with heating arrangement. The heating can be provided in 3 options.
1) Electrical. 2) Thermic fluid. 3) Steam heating.

The Syrup Preparation System is very simple to operate. Once the operator starts the panel in auto mode required quantity of water will be automatically filled in the Preparation tank. The quantity of water in metered by a flow meter which is connected to the Plc. The Plc then on sensing the water quantity starts the heaters.

When the temperature rises to 95deg. C. the buzzer will alert the operator and the display shows ADD SUGAR. The stirrer is also starded before charging the sugar. Sugar can be charged just by pressing a button which gives command to Sugar handling system. Also we can manually charge the sugar.

When the temperature reaches 105 deg. C once again the buzzer will alert the operator and the display shows ADD ACID. Acid is added manually.

The heaters will stop and SYRUP READY is displayed. The syrup can be cooled by passing the syrup through heat exchanger or by natural cooling.

The syrup is then stored in the storage tanks.
