Brief Introduction of Three-Layer Composite PP-R Pipe Extrusion Line :

This production line has production capacity of turning out 16mm-I 160mm PPR pipe continuously with assembling the special high-speed single screw extruder, which is distinguishingly designed with co-extrusion die head; the production speed can reach 20m/min. The PPR pipe made by this facility has such features of smooth on sides, weak internal stress, anti-corrosion, antibiosis, shock resistance, aging resistance, no leakage, light weight, economic investment, and convenient application and so on. This facility can also be used to produce the HDPE silicone core pipePB pipePE pipePEX pipe, etc.
The economic and technical norms of the finished products are all reached the international standards after been detected by National Chemical Construction test center, which are the first choices to replace the traditional galvanized pipe and applicable to so many fields, such as conveying the hot and cold water central-heating and floor heating.
