O-rings. The double seal action requires less squeeze reducing friction & improving seal life.
X-Rings outperform standard o rings in rotary seal applications. The four lobed configuration avoids spiral twisting.
It allows the use of a more narrow groove width than a standard o ring groove but works fine even in a standard O-Ring groove.
