Key Features
The system comes in single or multichannel with capacity ranging from 1KW onwards. It comes in an elegantly fabricated powder coated panel with castor wheels and heavy-duty connector on the side for easy connection.
The cartridge heaters used in the HRS being hygroscopic by nature absorbs moisture, which can create short circuit and destroy the heater when full supply voltage is applied initially. This care is taken by our system by applying a reduced voltage initially till such a time in which the moisture is baked out and no dampness remains.
There after the phase angle fired thyristor circuit takes over the temperature control part. There is no ON-OFF cycle of heaters causing thermal shock and the controller ensures that just enough power is supplied to the heaters to maintain the set point. It also has provision for open loop control of heaters in the event of thermocouple failure.
