The high performance compressor valves with proven reliability for normal and aggressive applications. Some valve manufacturers claim reduced H.P. consumption. The Manley valve actually delivers. Pressure drop across a valve is a function of streamlined flow. Manley valve rings and mating seat radii reduce turbulence ensuring improved flow, lower pressure drop and reduced compressor valve H.P. consumption. Hemispherical shaped rings are supplied in high performance engineered plastics capable of withstanding most services up to 200oC and 400 bar. This unique ring design is self seating and self aligning with no guides to wear. Manley valves are custom engineered and computer designed to optimise flow and give you the lowest possible H.P. consumption.
Improved flow characteristics will reduce the incidence of solids impinging on sealing surfaces and eliminate hydraulic damage caused by liquid carry-over, common in refinery process.
