SSP has designed and developed a continuous Khoa Making Machine having 30 kg/hr khoa output capacity (model SK-30) in technical collaboration with National Dairy Research Institue, Karnal. Khoa is an important ingredient in the manufacturing of milk based sweets. There are three types of Khoa available in the market.
As manual handling of milk is avoided the khoa produced continuously from the machine is highly hygienic. It has better control to manufacture different types of khoa like danedar, dhap or pindi as per the requirement. The machine capacity is 30 kg/h khoa output from 150 kg/h milk. For higher capacity the plant can be designed as per the customer's requirement.
