These Yellow 'HE' Dyes lead to cost reduction as they possess higher exhaustion and are efficient in fixation. This high fixation particularly helps where liquor goods ratio is quite high, as in the case of dyeing polyester/cellulosic blends. In today's environment, pollution control is a major concern therefore, he dyes are highly desirable as the dyestuff washed and drained contains much less quantity of unfixed dyes in comparison to conventional reactive dyes. This in turn aids in efficient soaping & quicker wash off. He dyes have improved stability, which allows reinforced consistency batch after batch. Moreover, by adding salt and controlling temperature before alkali addition, we can control the exhaustion of he dyes to provide level dyeing.
