"H" Reactive Dyes

Salient Features of our "H" Reactive Dyes :-
* For optimum Fixation with urea, 'H' brand dyes require high thermo-fixation temperature or long steaming time in comparison to cold brand dyes
* H dyes that have substantivity low to medium and the reactivity ranging from medium to high are most suitable
* In dyeing prior to fixation, there may occur migration problems in case of dyes with very low substantivity
* Tailing becomes evident on using highly substantive dyes of low concentration
* By using padding troughs that are small and fed to constant level along with selecting low or medium substantivity dyes tailing can be avoided to an extent
* Further, it can be avoided by performing operation at the highest running speed, which further corresponds to the requirements of the rest of the process
