Welding Robot System

We provide our clients Welding Robot System refers to a machine with three or more freely programmable shafts, which can deliver welding tools into preset space according to requirements and move the welding tools according to the required trajectory and speed. The welding robot includes the arc welding robot, laser welding robot, spot welding robot, etc.
Composition of the welding robot
The welding robot mainly comprises two parts, a robot and welding equipment. The robot consists of robot body and a control cabinet (for hardware and software). Taking arc welding and spot welding as examples, the welding equipment comprises a welding power supply (including its control system), a wire feeder (arc welding ), a welding torch (clamp)and other components. The intelligent robot should also have a sensing system, such as the laser or image sensor and its control device. Figure 1a and b show the basic composition of the arc welding robot and the spot welding robot
Welding robot production line
The welding robot production line is simply formed by connecting multiple workstations (cell) into one production line through work piece transmission lines. It maintains the characteristics of single stations, that is, each station can only adopt the selected work piece clamp and programs of the welding robot to weld preset work pieces, and can not be used for welding other work pieces prior to replacement of the clamp and programs.
