High-power Flash Butt Welding Machine

This series of High-Power Flash butt Welding Machine is mainly composed of control system, traction agency, pressure source , electrode part, water cooling systems and racks etc. They can be prepared by the closed loop position of PLC. This controlling is high accuracy, high consistency of welded parts, high efficiency, easy operation, and also the welding process completed automatically. Left and right electrodes, respectively , by the connecting of copper board, steel belt and secondary conductor coil of welding transformer. Use water cooling for the secondary coil of welding transformer and the electrode, to improve the efficiency of the secondary circuit. Welding transformer is laminated style , the primary voltage is 380V; Primary transformer coil is disc winding ; Secondary coil is made up of three pieces of steel with copper pipes wielded around in parallel ; Choosing the adjust series based on weldment size when welding in order to obtain the desired load voltage ( with adjustment series table) Primary transformer coil is controlled by thyristor , by inputting signal, the heat can be controlled and adjusted to be the most suitable state. Control and mechanical actuators can be divided into intelligent, standard and economy according to the equipment functions.
