The a Vacuuma modeling casting process is a kind of physical modeling process. None adhesives and other accessory materials shall be added into the molding sands.
This kind of casting process uses plastic film sealing sand box and molding joint, makes the sand compact by depending on the negative pressure, and makes it form into the desired cavity.
This kind of process can use wood template molds to weld the sand box by steel with short production cycle, high material utilization rate and high quality castings, which can reduce the investment by about 30~50%.
The main equipment includes vibration compacting table, film baking and covering machine, vacuum system and sand preparation system.

Operating principle:-
Vacuum process cast molding is a new metal molding technology and only adopts dry sand (no water, binder, tagger)

2.Take out the air with vacuum pump. The sand mould is tightened by pressure difference.
