1. Vacuum stabilized system:
Vacuum stabilized system is including Vacuum pump, Vacuum meter, Surge tank, dust removal tank, steam separator etc.
The quantity of the vacuum pump is up to the vacuum degree .Generally it adopt the SK or 2BE series water circulation pump.
2. Molding system:
Die shoe, Automatic roast Laminator, molding flask, Vibrating table, Manipulator, Die lifter.
The molding flask can be made to general type, mechanical reverse and the type fitting to the Auto molding line.
The Vibrating table can be made to mobile. And the flask lifter is technical.
3.Sand reclamation system
Sand screen, Elevator, Conveyor. sand bin
The vacuum process is an open layout .We have done the 10T/H ,30T/H, 60T/H system. Of course the sand reclamation system can be made as your demand and case. What you need is what we provide.
