Chemical Plant:-

In this system feeding media's from silos to weigh hoppers are Electromagnetic Vibratory feeders. PLC controller is to be programmed for required recipe and batches. On start command, PLC will take complete charge of controlling the batch.

On start command, Silica Sand starts feeding in weigh hopper. Initially, material feeds in "COARSE" mode. As the required weight approaches the set value, controller reduces the feed rate from "COARSE" to "FINE" feed, to achieve accurate set value and when set value is Acquired vibrator will stop. Now, second material Chine Clay starts feeding in the same way as Silica Sand.
