There will be small storage having capacity of 4 to 6 bags. This silo will be provided with manual gate arrangement so that discharge flow rate is possible to adjust. Material discharge from this silo will be controlled either by SCREW CONVEYOR with two speed arrangement or by pneumatic gates with COARSE & FINE facility.

For valve type of bag it will be initially pre-weighed to the required quantity by automatic feeding the material to Weigh Hopper. This pre-weighed material will be transferred to valve type bag hopper. Bag hopper is provided with Screw/ Pneumatic push type system so that material will be easily transferred to valve type bag.

Above system will work in synchronization such that while bagging takes place, at the same time pre-weighing is also on.

Once bag is filled and removed and next bag is inserted, than upper Weigh Hopper will discharge the material.
