Specifications:
- The gear case is of high quality close grained cast iron confirming to IS 210 of high grade. Entire design is mainly based on BS 721 1963 to high accuracy.
- The worm is made from high quality hardened steel generated, ground & super finished. The worm wheel is made from cast iron centre. Sleeve bearings are used on worm shaft with angular contact ball bearing being used to take thrust load.
- One of the most important factors is that the special care is taken for oil circulation so that ample quantity of oil reaches to all sleeve bearings imparting longer life. Thus, the gear units offer maximum performance with minimum maintenance & require only periodic oil checking.
