Machine is suitable for cutting thread waste both natural (Animal & Vegetable ) Fibres as well as man made synthetic fibres are cut into desired length from 1/2 (12mm) to 4 (100mm). Garnetters and textile mills cut wool, nylon, cotton, dacron, staple, rayon, terylene, tow, polyster, knitted goods, fabric waste & thread waste prior to blending.

The length of the cut can be adjusted and fixed with its geared adjustable system. This machine is very useful and helpful for garnetting and re-spinning the waste yarns. As for re-spinning the waste yarns it is necessary to break it into proper lumps.

S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

LENGHT OF CUT:- Capacity from 1/2 (12mm) to 4 (100mm). Length adaptable for adjustments. The cutter head revolves at 100 R.P.M. Giving 200 cuts per minute from its two blades. The length can , however be altered within a range of from 1/2 to 4 by changing the gears

BLADES:- It has three blades ( one bed knife and two fly knives ) made of 22% high speed steel imported and are brazed properly ( if required these blades can also be supplied at extra cost ).

CONSTRUCTION:- The machine is of very substantial and rigid construction. The main frame is os cast iron, adequately brazed to give rigid foundation for the rotating cutter head.

DRIVE:- V Belt drive. Motorised but without motor ( electric motor & accessories can be supplied at extra)

FEED:- Feed is effected by means of a travelling apron. The material is carried to a pair of spring loaded steel roller which hold it while it is cut by thew cutters.

OUT PUT:- It depends upon the length of cut as well as the materials.

POWER REQUIRED:- 2 H.P. Motor 1440 R.P.M.
