This machine is in 42"(1066mm) width. The carding willow is a machine of most modern design as regards output sample servicing and work safety. The machine is suitable for opening and mixing vegetable and synthetics fibres i.e. Woolen, Acrylic, Shoddy, Jute, Silk, Nylon Clips, Hosiery, Polyester, viscose all kinds of wastes, and other fibres prior to carding, garnetting or processing where a thorough blending or different fibres or colours are required.

OUTPUT : This depends on the width of the machine and the classes of tne material being processed. For example 50 (1270mm) machine would process 200/300 kgms. Per hour of loss wool , shoddy, etc. when hand fed machines feeding could be increased by 50% to 70 % processed material is discharged at the rear of the machine.

MAIN FRAMES : The machine is of very substantial and rigid construction. The main frame are of cast iron, adequately braced to give rigid foundation for the swift.

FEED LATTICE : Wooden or synthetics rubber lattice running upto 3 ft (915 mm) length.

FEED ROLLERS : Of all steel construction fitted with hardened steel casted lags and located in adjustable brackets. Top running in stationery bushes to prevent long material wrapping round shaft necks. Drive is by pulley, chain and sprockets.

3 WORKERS AND 4 STRIPPERS ROLLERS : Clothed with hardened steel casted lags running in stationery bushes and located in full adjustable brackets , drive is by fine pitch chain and sprockets or by gear system providing a wide range of adjustments.

SWIFT OR CYLINDERS : Working width 42 (1066 mm) and 50 (1270)mm diameter. This machine is made of cast iron wheel and fitted with turned steel shaft and is fifted with steel casted lags plates . It is mounted on heavy duty double row ball or roller bearings.

DOFFER OR DELIVER FAN : Located at the rear and is fitted with steel teeth and leather and mounted in double row or ball roller bearings pedestals.

GRIDS : Fitted with steel rods are located under neath the swift and are with drawable through slots in the frames side to faciliate cleaning.

COVER : Of all metal construction are provided with worm wheel lifting gear. The machine is adequately guarded and provided with grease nipples. All gears and sprockets are machine cut to ensure smooth running.

SPEED OF SWIFT : 180/200 R.P.M.

SPEED OF DOFFER OR DELIVER FAN : 450/480 R.P.M.
