Spindle Fully Automatic Spm

We design and manufacture a wide range of spindle fully automatic Spm-3 that is capable of making two holes at a time along with maintaining the dimensions. The technical features are given below:

Box stand :
Sturdy box stand for mounting vertical column, headstock with slide and to withstand the hydraulic pressure electricals, we keep enough top floor area. In order to get firm rigidity, these boxes are offered with thickness between approx. 25 to 30 mm top base. The bottom supports are also joined so as to avoid vibration while boring operations.

Vertical column:
Our range of vertical columns come with fabricated structure hardened & ground guide ways that are clamped with the column. Made of superior quality raw materials, our range of columns are capable of withstanding the load of slide, head stock, motor & hydraulic cylinder. Thee columns are clamped on box stand.

Slide :
Casted or fabricated duly ground and matched with column guide ways. In order to keep .005 to .010 clearances between column guide ways and slide hardened & ground, keeper plates & taper wedge is used. These slides will slide on vertical column with electrical wood packing cycle.

Headstock:
The headstock are structures made with 3 HP flange mounted motor.

Machine will be as follows:
Basic gearbox with main drive gears directly attached to the motor. These have mechanism to drive 2 spindle MSDH.
