Product Overview
Key Features
1. Functioning as ironing the inside weld bead in tube to get a surface which is smoothed up.
2. The rolling unit reciprocates to & fro through a hydraulic cylinder to provide rolling action during one way stroke and bring back to home position during the return stroke.
3. The rolls are mounted on a steel fabrication trolley. Which in turn reciprocates on hardened guide rails.
4. Top & bottom rolls are made out of HCHC-D3 grade material, duly hardened & ground. Rolls are profiled to suit the tube size. Mandrel is separate for each different internal diameter of the tube. Mandrel is made out of Die steel duly hardened & ground.
