Siloxane Masterbatch (Lysi-07)

These Siloxane Masterbatch (LYSI-07) is our new product which dispersed in PA6 with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil as the additives, and it has large silicone content, ultra-high molecular weight, no precipitation and not slipping in the screw extruder and so on.

Applications:
PA series materials (to improve flow ability, mold release, floating fiber)

Use methods:
Drying the Siloxane Masterbatch (LYSI-07) at 80-120a about 4 to 5 hours, mixed with PA equally, then injection or extrude it to pellet. Or mix the LYSI-07 and PA resin first, then molding after dried.
Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the producta s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 10% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, finish, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance). Added level at 2% to 5% is effective to improve the abrasion resistance, abrasion reduction to 30% to 80%
