Scratch Resistant

Our range of Scratch Resistant is our new product which dispersed in PP with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. PP Masterbatch overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now PP Masterbatch is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Use methods:
LYSI-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly
Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productAcA A s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
