Eva Masterbatch

Our broad variety of EVA Masterbatch LYSI-02 is our new product which dispersed in EVA with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. EVA Masterbatch overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now Masterbatch is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Applications:

Recommend dosage: addition level at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the producta s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
