Abs Masterbatch

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality ABS Masterbatch in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Silike LYSI-405 Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in ABS resin. It is widely used as an additive in ABS-compatible system for improve processing properties and modify surface quality. With 0.2% to 2.0% LYSI-405, processing and flow of the resin improved, including better mold filling & mold release, less extruder torque, internal lubrication and faster throughput. At higher addition levels, 2% to 5%, improved surface properties are improved, including lubricity, slip, lower friction coefficient.

Typical applications: ABS materials, TV, LED covers ( to improve the flow ability of resin, surface smoothness, scratch resistance), PC/ABS alloy.
