Siloxane Masterbatch (Lysi-03)

These Siloxane Masterbatch (LYSI-03) is our new product which dispersed in ABS with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. These Siloxane Masterbatch (LYSI-03) are widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.

Applications:
Modified of PET, PBT ( mold release, abrasion resistant, surface smooth, scratch resistance)
Improve smoothness

Use methods: LYSI-03 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly.
Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productA A s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
