Product Description:

SIGMACOAT is chemical resistance & waterproof coating. It cures to form tough and abrasion resistant, and weather durable coating. It is having good adhesion to Concrete & other variety of other surfaces makes it an ideal choice for coatings.

It is used as floor coating, wall coating, roof coating and waterproof coating.

• For waterproofing of external buildings, roof terraces, chajjas, concrete/ steel water tank (Externally)
• It provides hard wearing, chemical and abrasion resistant coating. It can be used in wet areas where a high degree of chemical resistance is required e.g. breweries, dairies, soft drink production plants etc.

Primer Requirement : No ( Direct Application- Ready to Use )

Curing Time at 30 C : 4 Hrs.

Light Traffic Use at 30 C : After 24 Hrs.

Full Traffic Use at 30 C : After 72 Hrs.

Tack Free : 30 Min.

Volume Solids : 30%

Direction for Use:

Surface Preparation:

Surface preparation is of great importance and will affect adhesion and life of coating. Surface should be dry, free from dust, loose particles, damaged plasters, grease etc. Thorough wire brushing of the surface is must.

Coverage:

Normally 2 coats are recommended. The coverage depends on the nature of the substrate.

Cleaning of tools & equipments:

Tool and equipments can be cleaned immediately with solvents like Xylene. Toluene or Acetone etc.

Storage & Shelflife:

Store the material at a cool & dry place (at 25C Temp. & 50% RH.) Shelf life is one year when materials are stored in unopened containers as per recommended storage conditions.

Precautions:

• Use gloves while application.
• If it comes in contact with skin, it must be washed with soap and water, do not use solvent.
• In case of eye contamination, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.

It is flammable please don't keep near fire.
