Product Description:

SIGMABOND EP is a superior bonding agent that strengthens the bond between plaster and new and old concrete heavily .

Features / Advantages :

• SIGMABOND EP holds the concrete tightly due to interaction polymerization .

As the concrete cures, the bond strengthening also increases .

It does not have any corroding or deteriorating effect on the reinforcement steel .

Non-ionic, no possibility of attack on concrete by chlorides, alkalies, sulphates etc .

In repair cases or for fresh plasters due to heavy bonding there is no rebound loss and bonding strength is twice the strength of ordinary plasters .

Typical Applications :

It Bonds between concrete and plaster .

It Bonds heavily between reinforce steel and concrete .

It also bonds between concrete and ceramic/Glaze tile .

Direction for use :

Clean the surface with water jet thoroughly to remove any dirt, oil, Grease, Loose particles etc,.

Moisten surface with water .

Apply Sigmabond by brush/spray on entire clean moist surface .

After about 10 minutes when surface become Tacky, apply chat/dash-coat of cement mortar .

Tacky period may vary depending on external atmospheric conditions, saturation degree of substrate etc.Check and ensure that the surface is tacky prior to application .

Plaster the surface or place the concrete in the usual manner after setting of the chat/dash coat.

Coverage :

10 Sq.Mtr/ Litre on a fairly smooth surface when applied by spray .

Precautions :

Make sure that the entire surface to be plastered is to be covered with SIGMABOND EP .

Clean all brushes, sprayers, tools etc, with water immediately after use.

Storage & Shelf life:

Store in cool & dry place.Shelf Life is 1 year from the Date of Manufacture.
