Rotary Swager Machine

To meet the demands of forging industry, we manufacture Rotary Swaging Machine for the process of metal forming. The machine comprises of an electric motor which drives a spindle through a V-belt drive. There are slots in the head of rotary machine which consist of dies and hammers. Wear plates are provided on the three sides between die and the spindle slots. The main body of the machine holds a pressure and roller cage where the later accessory carries 10/12 rollers in diametrically opposite pair. Electric motor causes spindle rotate which in turn flies off dies and hammers apart in the slot due to centrifugal force. The flight is controlled by rollers in the roller cage which try to fix on die and hammer back in the position.

This machine can also be used for the processes in which there is a formation of circular profiles on tubes and solids like on either circular or other material forms. Swaging machine forms metal by displacing rather than cutting the metal thereby leaving no scrap of material. The ensuing metal formed with this machine is known to possess improved tensile strength, fine surface and a better grain structure.
