a Pay Off
One No. H-type in channel frame suitable to accommodate single bobbin is of 630 mm dia bobbin will be mounted on pintle fixed with safety locking device as well as with tension device.

a Rotor 6 + 12 + 18 + 24 Bobbins Cage
The Rotor section which consists of heavy duty steel fabricated machined forks suitable to accommodate 500 /560 /630 mm . (DIN SPECIFICATION) The Bobbins are placed between steel pintles which are fixed with safety locking device as well as with tension device.

a Brake
Pneumatically operated electrically actuated fixed on the main section.

a Die Box
The die holder is easily slidable by means of screw and hand wheel in the longitudinal direction of the strander and has a spring loaded gripper for easy quick replacement of the stranding die.

a Sector Head / With Prespirel
Sector head with Prespiral arrangement to be provided for all cages with Prespiral lay.

a Measuring Unit
Heavy duty mechanical length measuring unit with Electronic counter.

a Capstain Unit
Dual capstan wheel dia 1500 / 2000 / 2500 mm and with 5 & 6 grooves will be provided. The speed of the unit can be changed by changing gears through lay change gear box to get different lays.
