Our heavy duty Break Down Machine is designed for drawing of Aluminum & Copper wire in one process. Number of dies 13.

Brake
Disc caliper type pneumatically operated & electrically actuated.

Main Drive with electrical :
The machine will be driven by Sliprig/ D.C./. A.C.Induction motor through reduction gear box.

Drives :
Slipring / D.C. / A.C. frequency drive.

a Pay Off Unit
A Suitable vertical type for smooth & straight feeding of Aluminum Wire Rod/Cu-Rod shall be offered. The AI/Cu coil are kept horizontally on floor.



a Rod Break Down Machine
The heavy duty rod break down machine is a 13 die slip type wet drawing machine, and is suitable machine for aluminum and copper rod break down. The machine has four capstan shafts inside & one final capstan shaft outside. The machine each internal shaft is equipped with three draw blocks and fitted with special steel ring hardened.

a Capstan
Each Capstan have one die block only. The Capstan rings shall be of detachable type made of HCHC Steel/ Ceramic / Specially coated Alloy Steel to ensure high wear resistance and longer life.

a Die Holders
The Die Holder are internally drilled to protect a jet of oil towards the enter of die to enable sufficient lubrication of the disc.
