a Pay Off Unit
Vertical column shifting type take up unit to accommodate flange sizes 1500 / 2000 / 2500 / 3000mm.
a Cage
This main cage is designed with rectangular shape cradles of 4 nos. which arefixed between 2 nos. of steel fabricated machined disc to accommodate 1000 mm bobbin size will be provided. Bobbins are mounted on pointless, which are fixed with mechanical locking device as well as with tension device.
a Brake
Pneumatically operated electrically actuated fixed on the main section of the cage.
a Lay Plates
One to accommodate 4 & 5 cores.
a Die Box
1 Nos Die Holder blocks to hold firmly closing dies sliding type operated.
a Lapping Head
One high speed lapping head for two tapes Tangential design.
a Measuring Unit
Heavy duty mechanical length measuring unit with Electronic counter.
a Capstan Unit
Smooth machined faced 1250 mm dia of single capstan wheel will be provided with fleetring. The speed and direction can be changed through nine speed lay change gear box. The unit will gets its drive through side transmission shaft.
a Main Drive With Electrical
The main carriage of the machine will be driven by 50 / 60 / 75 100 H.P. A.C. Induction motor through reduction gear box.
a Drives
Slipring / D.C. / A.C. frequency drive for 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 H.P.
