In case of Molded ring type Crowns, a measured quantity of PVC liquid is injected by the dispenser into the Crowns and liquid spreading is achieved by Molds and Crowns are pre-heated by gas burners, while traveling on the Star of the machine. Final heating of PVC material is done in the synchronized tunnel oven by indirect hot air for PVC curing under pre-set temperature.
The Machine has independent control panel and cooling conveyor and is equipped with fully automatic Feed Hopper. The machine is supplied complete with all Electrical.
