Features:

It is composed of Mixer, Pushing & Extruding Machine, Pre-former, Sintering Furnace, Hydraulic Station, Steering Auxiliary Equipment, Outer Diameter Measuring Device, Electrical Control Cabinet, Static Eliminator and Operation Desk, which can be echeloned into vertical as well as horizontal shapes.

The effective length of material cylinder can be divided into three specifications, which are 1800mm, 2000mm and 2700mm. Besides, similar material cylinder diameters can be chosen from according to different resin performances and pipe sizes, for details see attached table. (Minimum diameter: 40mm, Maximum diameter: 160mm)
