The whole production line is composed of Shaftless drive pay-off, wire straightener, Front haul-off unit, Inner skin extruder, Main foaming extruder, Gas injection system, Cooling water trough, Rear haul-off unit, Shaftless take-up with traverser, and Central electrical control cabinets. Outer diameter measuring device and on-line capacity measuring device are options, which can be selected to form a standard production line.
