Plating Lines

We producing an extensive range of Plating Lines, which is also known as Conveyorised Modular Organic Solder Processes (OSP). These lines consist of sloped sump floors and large diameter drain cocks, which are used for full and easy drainage of sumps. Further, the range offered by us is fitted with all over-temperature and low-level protection devices, lid/pump interlocks and emergency stops.

General Description:

* Calima 'T' Series wet process line fabricated in 12mm and 15mm beige polypropylene with susceptible metal parts in Titanium/316 stainless steel as appropriate and all conveyor shafts in PCB grade carbon fiber
* Conveyor drive through 45A helical gears cut from UHMWPE and driven by inverter controlled AC conveyor drive motor(s) with digital speed display
* Standard conveyor height 900mm+/-15mm on adjustable polypropylene feet
* Conveyor width 685mm with effective process width of 650mm
* Removable toughened glass lids, double where process required with Integral pump interlocks
* Quick release locatable spray jets
* Sloped sump floors and large diameter drain cocks for full and easy drainage of sumps
* Pressure gauges to spray manifolds of all main process modules
* Elapsed time adjustable water and energy saving features
* Fitted as necessary with all over-temperature and low-level protection devices, lid/pump interlocks and emergency stops
