STRUCTURE

Middle
frame

• Frame is made of Welded steel composition material used: S355 SFS-EN
• It consists of Firm beam structure with minimized weight.
  

Telescoping shafts

• Welded steel composition, material used: S355 SFS-EN
• Propulsion rollers with bearings.
• Opening and closing functions are performed by using hydraulical motor and chain synchronizing.
  

Hydraulics system

• Standard Components are used to design Power unit especially to container hoist for demanding circumstances.
• For Efficient and Flexible Controlling Hydraulics System uses both telescopes with own their valve groups.
  
• Hydraulics System's piping and tubing are of leak-proof and shock-resistant.
  

Electrical and control system

• Reservation is given for feeding and control cables
  
• Electrical and control system is manufactured from High-quality components
• It is Weather-proof central case with cooler/heater
• Marked wirings are provided for terminal blocks
• Control System is of Logic controlled control and locking information.
  

Lubrication

• Each lubrication point is equipped with lubrication nipple
• Centralized and covered lubrication option is available
• We provide Lubrication instructions as well as maintenance instructions.
  

Surface treatment

EPPUR120/2-FeSa2,5 ( = 120 ). Shade of color RAL 1006 ( yellow ). Different surface treatment on request.

We deliver Maintenance and operation instructions, CE certification, conformity assurance, spare part catalogue and related drawings . Documents can also be provided in Digital Form.

Approvals

BOFO products are designed and manufactured by Rannikon Konetekniikka Oy from high-class materials and products are tested at our factory before delivering them to customer. We follow necessary standards and regulations to manufacture.

FUNCTIONS

Telescopes

• Open and Close functions are performed by Telescopes from hoists cockpit
• They can be operated separately or concurrently
• Individual extreme limits for stretch can be set for telescopes
• Edge Sensors are in Underparts of telescopes so that the closing operation can be stopped and "Edge reached" report can be sent
• Hydraulics unit's speed and pressure can be adjusted in order to prevent damage to the plate bundles.
  

Accessories

• Weighing cells are in pulleys for weighing the load
• Pulse probes are used for determining the exact width of telescopes
• Ultra probes for determining the height of plate bundle
• Profibus connection for fast data transmission between the master and slave machines.
