Versatile and flexible to use

RD - 8 - 10 - 12 turning gear is designed to fit all cranes. Frame consists of middle frame and hydraulic actuator. Lift booster is attached in the turning gear's lower part with shackles and chains. Turning gear's hook attachment is manufactured to fit the hook relating to the hoist concerned. There are quick-couplers and pressure and tank lines for hydraulics.

Reliable

Firm and lasting composition is made by using wear-proof types of steel. Components are picked to endure even demanding circumstances. Lubrication nipples are easily accessible. Option for centralized lubrication points. All components are standard components and can be acquired quickly if needed. Hydraulic system is designed to endure in tough conditions and need for maintenance is small.

Surface treatment

EPPUR120/2-FeSa2,5 ( = 120 ). Shade of color RAL 1006 ( yellow ). Different surface treatment on request.

Documents

Maintenance and operation instructions, CE certification, conformity assurance, spare part catalogue and related drawings are included in the delivery. Documents are also delivered in digital form.
