Plastic Doubler Bobbins

High impact strength ABS material is used to manufacture these Doubler bobbin and abs bobbin. This 3 piece bobbin consists of 2 flanges and 1 barrel. It is assembled by welding the flanges to both sides of barrel. Then it is re-enforced by putting a steel pipe at the center, which is again welded at both outer sides of flanges. This provides the product much required additional strength. Few of the plastic ABS bobbins available with us include:

* Flange dia. Of 100mm (suitable for 4A a ring).
* Flange dia. Of 122mm (suitable for 5A a ring).
* Flange dia. Of 140mm.
* Flange dia. Of 195mm.
* Flange dia. Of 223mm.
* Upto 290 mm diameter.

These Doubler bobbin and abs bobbin are manufactured in different sizes of flange diameters, bobbin lifts and different steel pipe diameters. As per clienta s requirements, the lift of bobbins can be within the range of 300 mm to 315 mm.
