Compression Unit
Operation from Compression unit is through high pressure two way valve with neutral, position, for immediately stopping the piston at any position. Cylinder is completely honed & hard chrome finished, with piston duly ground to close tolerance. Cylinder is made of high quality alloy steel & is mounted on sturdy steel fabricated frame with handles for easy portability. A small glycerine filled pressure gauge is provided on the valve to check the pressure.

Power Unit
The power unit is designed to deliver high pressure of 700-1000 bar & is pre set for pressure between 700-800 bar which is marked in green as the safe working pressure on the gauge. A vertical shaft Briggs & straton (USA) make Engine Model 825 I/C has been used for direct drive. A high pressure pump has been developed specially taking in account the requirement of the flow & pressure without using any O ring, ptfe Ring or any frequent wear & tear part. Thus giving totally enhanced life to the pump for trouble free service. Oil filter is provided at the suction & return line. A light Wt Aluminum tank has been used to minimize the Wt of the power unit.

Hoses
High Pressure hoses (3.5 Mt) with tank quick disconnect coupling are provided for easy coupling of the two units. Hose Pipe for desired length can be supplied as per individual requirement.
