Manual Hydraulic Compressor:

• Amico Manual Hydraulic Compressor is used for making compression joint on all AAC/ACSR Conductor & E.Wired etc. It's a compact machine comprising of cylinder block & pumping unit. a glycerin filled pressure gauge is provided to record load during compression. A built in safety valve is provided to check overloading beyond set limit. The unit as a whole is mounted on a sturdy steel fabricated frame with lifting handles.
• Amico manually Hydraulic compressor is the latest version designed on International standards to attain 100 Ton on just 700 bar pressure,, on a Ram dia of 135 mm Hence lessor operating fatigue & low change of leakage.In most of the other Indian manufacturers max Ram dia. available shall be 110 mm, which require more pressure to attain 100 Tons, there by more fatigue, more chances of leakage etc.
• Hydraulic Compressors take only 1 minute to take the maximum load pressure of 100 Tonnes. on release of pressure, the Ram settles down automatically and immediately with spring actuated force thus taking very little time for making the next impression on the joint.
• Amico Hydraulic manually operated compressor is also available in 150 Ton Capacity.with Ram dia of 165 mm.
